These terms of use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sakurahealth.ai (the "Website"). By accessing and using the Website, you agree to these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE.
Sakura Health, Inc. ("Sakura Health") reserves the right to modify, remove, or add to these Terms at any time at its sole discretion, by posting amended terms on the Website. If you continue to use the Website after Sakura Health posts amended terms, you agree that such use demonstrates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

By providing a Submission, you acknowledge that it is not confidential and grant Sakura Health a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license to use it in any way, including in providing services to others. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. Sakura Health does not control and is not responsible for the content of third-party websites, and links should not be interpreted as endorsement. Sakura Health is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services available through any third-party site. Information collected by third-party websites is not covered by the Sakura Health Privacy Policy.

Notwithstanding the above, if Sakura Health is found liable to you for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Website, Sakura Health's liability shall in no event exceed $100 USD, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify Sakura Health, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and successors, and hold them harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses made against them by any third party due to your use of the Website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San Mateo County, California, USA regarding any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Website. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Sakura Health's failure to enforce any provision will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement. These Terms do not confer any rights or remedies on any third party.
